Game Day Ribs in an Instant

Homemade ribs are, without a doubt, a summertime staple that are sure to please a crowd. These tend to be a once-a-season meal due to the long afternoons manning the grill, sweating over the smoker or heating up the kitchen for an oven-roasted slow cook. Enter the Instant Pot, the nifty kitchen appliance is a miracle in itself and has been a dream come true when I’m trying to whip up a tasty time consuming meal in a short amount of time. To think I could achieve the tender, fall-of-the-bone, smoked ribs in an “instant” seemed a bit overreaching but I was pleasantly surprised. Less than an hour and you have ready to serve ribs that everyone is going to be licking their fingers for, so make sure to grab the napkins.
